Getting the story straight!

Every physician knows a good history is the most important part of the diagnosis.  Most of the time we know what the exam will show just based on what the patient is telling us.  So you can imagine how frustrating it can be when I have to get the story in Spanish.  And it is even more so when I am getting it in Spanish from a translator who is hearing it in Quechua!  I thank God that he helps me sort through the confusion.
