Fun vs. Joy Posted on April 11, 2016 by cairesonmission Reply View this post on Instagram The fun is in going downhill fast. The joy is in going slow with your daughter her first time. Sound of Music Moment? Posted on May 2, 2014 by cairesonmission Reply Taking a hike with Abo surrounded by Germans occupying a foreign land. Â The difference is we came here, we are not trying to escape, and these Germans are here to serve, not to take over. Â Faith in God makes the difference. Sunday Afternoon Bike Ride Posted on March 9, 2014 by cairesonmission Reply Here we go! Still feeling good! I hope we don’t get caught in a storm. Si se puede! Best tasting banana ever! Looking back on where we have come from. Feeling good that we are almost there. And apparently you can plant corn anywhere. I thought we had made it already. Looking back at Curahuasi and the hospital. The hospital is on the right side of the picture. It is a big orange and white blur. One last push The sign says 4100 meters. I think they have overestimated. Calling Mom while taking a picture. “Guess what, we are on Capitan Rumi!” Looking across the valley on the other side of Capitan Rumi. These cliffs make a Dad nervous. On top of the world! Looking across the valley, past our house, to Capitan Rumi. Glad to be home!
