Hiking!

Today I got to go on a hike with my favorite hiking friend. This is our favorite form of exercise. We don’t have to run, but if we go up 1000 feet, then we still burn some calories, especially at 10,000 feet. It is not easy, but there is something about the “hurt” in the hike that makes it feel more valuable. It somehow means more than a walk. There is probably a spiritual application in there. Maybe I will find it for tomorrow.
